About This Platform
Voices for Safe Kids is a parent advocacy and awareness platform. It provides a space for parents and caregivers to share personal experiences and concerns related to childcare. This platform is not a reporting agency, law enforcement tool, or legal service.
Personal Experiences Only
All content submitted to this platform reflects the personal experiences and individual perspectives of the submitting party. Submissions are not investigated, fact-checked, or verified by Voices for Safe Kids. The platform does not confirm, endorse, adopt, or validate any claims made in user submissions.
Readers should understand that each submission represents one person's account of their experience and should not be taken as established fact.
User Responsibilities
By submitting content to this platform, you agree to the following:
- Your submission reflects your own personal experience.
- You will not make knowingly false, defamatory, or harmful statements.
- You will not include identifying information about minors, including full names, photos, or details that could identify a specific child.
- You will not include full names of individual staff members or employees.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your submission.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to submit content.
Content Policy
Submissions are published immediately and are not reviewed or edited before appearing on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms at any time. We do not edit, alter, or add to user-submitted content.
No Endorsement or Verification
The presence of a submission on this platform does not constitute endorsement, verification, or validation of its contents by Voices for Safe Kids. We are a hosting platform for user-generated content. We do not investigate or verify the claims made in submissions.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not permitted and will be removed:
- Knowingly false statements
- Full names or identifying information about minors
- Personal threats or incitement of violence
- Content intended to harass a specific individual
- Personally identifiable information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- Content submitted by someone under 18 years of age
- Spam, advertising, or content unrelated to childcare experiences
Reporting Serious Concerns
This platform is intended for sharing experiences and promoting awareness. It is not a substitute for reporting serious safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please call 911.
To report concerns about a childcare facility:

- Contact your state's childcare licensing agency
Privacy and Data Collection
We are committed to collecting the minimum amount of data necessary to operate this platform.
What we collect:
- Submission content: The text you enter in the submission form.
- Category selection: The optional category you choose for your experience.
- Email address (optional): Only if you choose to provide one for follow-up. Stored securely and never displayed publicly or shared with third parties.
- IP address: Temporarily logged for rate-limiting and abuse prevention purposes only. Automatically deleted after 48 hours.
What we do NOT collect:
- Names (unless you voluntarily include one, which we discourage)
- Location data beyond what you voluntarily include in your submission
- Browser fingerprints or tracking cookies
- Any information about minors
Data disclosure: We collect minimal data and will resist disclosure through all available legal means. However, we may be required to comply with valid court orders or legal process. Due to our minimal data collection practices, there is little to no identifying information associated with submissions.
We do not promise absolute anonymity. We promise to collect as little data as possible and to protect what we do collect to the fullest extent of the law.
Limitation of Liability
Voices for Safe Kids is not responsible for:
- The accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of user-submitted content
- Any actions taken based on information found on this platform
- Any damages arising from the use of this platform
This platform is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, professional guidance, or a formal complaint.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
